24 Happy Memes to Make the Mood Feel Nice and Good

These are not the most happy-go-lucky of times, but at least we have memes.

In fact, as we're reminded every day when we open our phones, we are all living in unprecedented times. However, as we're often reminded with little boosts of serotonin here or there, whether in the form of an iced matcha at work, a tail-wag from a stranger's dog, or a smiling baby in the grocery store, life isn't all bad. There are many beautiful moments of happiness and goodness; we just need to seek them out. 

So that's where I come in, a purveyor and master of memes. After scouring the internet for bits of good news and finding that search to be wanting, there's a singular tried-and-true technique to let the interwebs, forums, and social media feeds find the goodness for you. But are you silly enough? Alas, my fellow silly gooses and geese, the happy memes are here, and they're here to stay. 

No amount of badness can expunge the light of a really good meme, and there's no feeling better than opening up a meme, a Reel, or a TikTok from a friend, chuckling for a moment, then reminiscing that this funny tidbit made them think of you. Memes bring us together, and they fan the flames of positivity in the world. Although they are oftentimes reduced to the tedious workings of a sweaty basement dweller laughing at their own jokes, memes bring joy, and that's something society desperately needs right now. So if you're looking for a mood that's a step up from good (standards are low these days), then scroll onward to enjoy an uplifting mix of light, positivity, and wholesomeness in the form of memes. Although it's not much, it's honest work to bring a snicker, a nose snort laugh, or perhaps even a bright, brimming smile to the faces of the masses, then that's cause for celebration. 

Kick the happiness up a notch with a good ol' fashioned meme scroll. I ain't a doctor, but it seems like a 5-minute break of scrolling through some positivity would do some good for the tired human soul, especially after the week we've had.
